RETURN AND CANCELLATION

At GoCartzy, we ensure all products are quality-checked before shipping. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow the policy below:

1. No Returns or Cancellations:
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Claims for Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Products:
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing product, you can file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. To process such claims, the following conditions must be met:

- Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is required to claim wrong, damaged, or missing products. The video must clearly show the package in its original, sealed condition and the product inside.

- Same Day Submission: The unboxing video must be sent to us on the same day as delivery to be eligible for a claim.

3. Failed Delivery or Cancellation of Prepaid Orders:
If, for any reason, a prepaid order is cancelled or not delivered, you must contact us on our support E-mail. Refund or redelivery will not be initiated without contacting us first.

4. Claim Processing:
Once we receive and verify your unboxing video, we will replace the product for you.

5. Non-Eligible Claims:
Claims without an unboxing video or those submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
